Made fresh daily in a UK tortillería using traditional Mexican nixtamalisation and corn imported from Mexico, these 12cm tortillas are ground into masa harina for an authentic flavour and soft, pliable texture. A true staple of Mexican cooking, they form the essential base of countless traditional dishes.
