Typically served in a small clay dish, gambas can be found in tapas bars all over Spain. They are simply sautéed in olive oil, fresh garlic, a kick of chilli and are usually served piping hot. In this menu they are accompanied by delicate orzo pasta in a rich tomato and saffron sauce.

Known for being the world's most expensive spice by weight, will add vibrant colour and a touch of luxury to your dish.
